Job Description, Position Specific Duties &
Responsibilities:
1. Service Manager
Purpose:
Acts as service coordinator between the sales and the
technical department.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and functions are included. Other duties
may be assigned:
1. Schedules the work on mechanical or electrical
installations, general repairs, overhauls of all equipment
sold by the sales department.
2. Overviews the validity of all warranty periods and
complains.
3. Coordinates the distribution of work within the service
department to Maximum in efficiency in regards of work
allocation.
4. Keeps control of company service tools whether at
company premises or carried by service engineers.
5. Keeps control on and is responsible for the correct
handling of all time sheets and service reports by service
engineers.
6. Provides with help of the service reports and visit
sheets information for the billing department regarding
whether the service intervention is chargeable or not.
7. Prepares and submits monthly reports to the manager in
charge and the technical supervisor.
8. Establishes performance reports for each technician
based on the collected data.
9. Installations, service agreements and service works
planned, ...
10. Prepare input and proposals for tools and spare parts
required for specific customers. 11. Edits offers for
overhauling, inspections or billable work prepared by the
technical supervisor to the customer after discussing them
with thetechnical supervisor and the manager.
12. Overview the installation time of machines to avoid
exceeding the schedule and budget.
13. Responsible for the budgeting of the service
department
14. In coordination with the technical supervisor
organizes and books training courses for the continuous
education of the service staff. Keeps track of the
trainings attended by the service staff.
15. Monitors technicians' work attendance.
16. Monitors technicians' compliance with the filling of
the service reports, visit and time sheets.
17. Keeps and maintains the information workflow between
the service and the sales department.
18. Organizes and takes note on the planning of the
vacation.
19. Filing and processing of all incoming reports from
technicians.
20. Coordinates the distribution and accuracy check of
time sheets.
21. Creates performance analysis based on incoming reports
from technicians.
22. Keeps track of the correspondence with customers.
23. Manages the files of each and every customers for
service and spare parts orders in coordination with the
purchasing & billing department.
24. Maintains information on the installed park of
machines.
25. In coordination with the technical supervisor,
maintains an adequate stock of spare parts available for
each installed machine.
26. Keeps an overview of the installation time of new
equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
Education, Equivalent Experience and additional
expectations:
- Male
- Bachelors Degree in Science
- 4-5 years experience in a related position is required
- Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English, French is
a plus

2.Sales representative
Purpose:
Supports the sales department in its continuous drive to
sell.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and functions are included. Other duties

1. Maintains loyalty from existing customers based on
regular review visits
2. Call on potential new customers to demonstrate products
and attempt to win new markets
3. Acts as information channel between a company and its
products and existing potential markets
4. Contact clients to negotiate terms of an agreement and
use persuasion skills to conclude sales.
5. Gather market and customer information
6. Negotiate variation in price, delivery and
specifications
7. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss
special promotions
8. Trouble-shoot in matters of documentation, delivery,
service and parts
9. Check quantities of goods in stock
10. Determine the appropriate order needed to secure a
healthy stock and negotiate with the manager
11. Record sales and order information and send copies to
the purchasing and billing department
12. Reviewing own sales performance
13. Feed back the sales manager with gathered information
on future market trends and developments
14. Follow up any offers, invoices, delivery of goods with
the purchasing and billing department
15. Follow up the collection of aging receivables with the
chief accounting officer
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and
experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or

- Knowledge of basic mathematics is a must
- Knowledge of office and administrative practices related
sales is a plus
- Knowledge of billing procedures is a plus
- Skill in establishing and maintaining good relationships
with customers.
