1. Tell us about the beginning of your music career, and who discovered your talent?

At the age of 13, I had participated in a school talent show,
which ultimately motivated me to pursue a Career in Music. After having recorded at a Studio in Ottawa with my Label mate Belly for a few years, we decided to release an official Album, which we entitled “Massari”. The Record Label that had released my Album was CP Records. We were all friends from a very young age. So in a way we all basically discovered each other, we just happened to be the Perfect fit for a fully functioning Record Label Led by our life long time friend Tony Sal.

2. What do you like about being a singer?

I Love that I get to wake up every morning and do what I was born
to do. I just personally feel like I’m the luckiest man in the world simply because I have the most beautiful fan base that any artist could ever wish for. I love my fans, they make it all worthwhile.

3. How would you describe yourself?

Well for starters, I am definitely a sucker for Romance (laugh), I’m someone who will find a way to see the positive in ever
y situation, and I try to see every obstacle as an opportunity. I am a Passionate man who’s Dream is to leave a legacy behind, I Hope that my Music will one day Lead our youth into a direction that will inspire them to make their own dreams come true.

4. What are your hobbies?

I love being in the gym, as I’m sure you’ve probably noticed if you follow me on twitter or facebook. I really like spending time with my family, we watch movies and laugh at silly jokes. My mom is the best cook that I know and it’s a constant struggle of eating what I love to eat and then going to the gym trying to burn it off…. Yea its exhausting. (Laughs)

5. Who do you turn to when you need to talk?

I’m lucky to have such amazing friends who are always there for me when I need someone to talk to. I’m also very close to my mom and she’s always a good listener too, and if I’m feeling bad, well she’ll just bake me a cake and make it all better (he laughs joking).

6. Are you an upbeat person?

I definitely like having a positive outlook on life, not sure if that’s what you mean by upbeat, but I also like upbeat music like dance and house music which could also answer your q
uestion.

7. What kind of things bums you out?

It breaks my heart to see the escalating violence in our region, all the unnecessary war that is taking place back home. It is always the innocent who suffer the price of war.

8. After the success of 'Latin Moon' with Mia Martina, is there any other collaboration?

I’m in the process of recording a new album as we speak, and there will definitely be other Collaborations on this album.

9. Are you going to perform again in Lebanon in the near future?

I love Performing in Lebanon and I will certainly be back to perform there in the Near Future inallahrad.

10. What’s next for you music-wise?

We are currently working on a new project at this point in time, and I have had the privilege of reconnecting with my old friends and my old label mates who I released my first record with, CP Records. We will be releasing a new Massari Album this year.

11. We missed your performance on Star Academy (Arabic Version) are we going to see you perform again on Star Academy 9?

I love star academy, one of my favorite shows ever. Not sure if I’m going to be performing there this year but I will definitely be watching the show.

12. You got your own style in clothing. Is style really important for an artist?

Style is sometimes the very thing that could differentiate one artist from another. So when you begin to notice that other artist are attempting to look act and dress like you, that’s when you realize how important style is.

13. Would you ever do a fashion line?

I would definitely love to do a Fashion line, that is definitely an option that we’re going to explore.

14. Where do you see yourself in five years?

In Five years I see myself introducing a New Artist into the music industry. I want to eventually have my own artist development program that would coincide with my Deal with CP records.

15. What is your advice for young teen that dreams of becoming singers?

I think the most valuable advice I could possible give anyone who is trying to make it in this type of business is you need to work as hard as humanly possible. It is a very tough industry and it seems like every day there is a new artist that is being released. So the competition is extremely fierce and there is no room for mistakes.
Practice makes perfect and you have to believe in your self, believe that you will one day achieve your Goal, because if you don’t believe it, then no one else will.
